Year-End Statements

KCSCEP does not mail year-end statements to all families. These are available upon request. Your site director can print your 2024 statement for you. Or, you can request your statement by email. Email us at kcscep@mail.kana.k12.wv.us and use “2024 statement requested” and the site name (ex: Overbrook Third Base) in the subject line. Please note that we will be out of the office the week of Christmas. Thank you.


KCSCEP office Closed

The KCSCEP office will be closed December 23-27 as our staff takes a break for the Christmas holiday. We will return to the office on December 30, 2024. We wish you a wonderful holiday and look forward to serving you in the new year.


Office Closed Nov 25-29

Third Base Starts August 19, 2024

The first day of Third Base for the 2024-2025 school year is Monday, August 19.


Third Base enrollment update

Enrollment forms must be received by Friday, August 9,  in order to be processed for the first week of school (placement depends on space availability as some sites have waiting lists). Enrollment forms received after August 9 will be assigned a later start date (depending on space availability) as we get them processed.

Enrollment status emails (Enrolled or Wait List) have been sent to those families who have submitted enrollment form. These emails were sent to the email listed on the enrollment form by the parent/guardian. Check your spam or junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox. If you have any question, please contact our office.


We’ve moved!

The KCSCEP has moved to its new location. We have one phone line with our same telephone number, but we do not have a FAX line set up for the new office. Please do not FAX enrollment forms. The best way to send them is by email.

Enrollment Status Notifications

We hope to begin sending out enrollment status notifications by the end of the week.

Our offices will be moving into a new location in the next few days. You may find it difficult to reach us by phone during the transition and we will not have a FAX line for some time. Please email us at KCSCEP@mail.kana.k12.wv.us, and we will get back with you as soon as we can.

Important Summer Dates

May 30 – Last day for summer camp applications to be considered for June 10 start date (pending space availability). Applications after that date will have a later start date, pending space availability.

June 3-6 – Raglin Center will be closed.

June 10 – First Day of Summer Camp

June 20 & July 4 Summer Camp Closed

August 2 – Last day of summer camp

August 19 – First Day of Third Base (no Third Base on Aug. 16)


Summer Camp Update

Elk Summer Camp and Overbrook Summer Camp have reached their enrollment capacity, and we have started a wait list for those sites.

Enrollment status emails for summer camp were sent the week of May 6. Please check the email (including spam/junk folders) you listed on your enrollment form for the enrollment notice. A reminder call out was also made on May 17. Please call our office if you didn’t receive these or if you have any questions.
