Open Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year and for Summer Camp 2024 starts on Monday, April 1. Enrollment forms will be available on the website starting that day.

If you need a 2023 account statement for tax purposes, please request one from your Third Base site director. Or, you can call or email the KCSCEP office. These are only available upon request by the payer(s) on the account.

The Third Base programs will start on Monday, August 21. Parents/guardians have been notified of their enrollment status. The school offices will receive a list of students approved for enrollment. If you have not submitted an enrollment form, it must be received by Friday, August 11, to be considered for starting on August 21, pending site availability. Enrollments received after August 11 will be given a later start date, pending site availability. The following sites have already reached their enrollment capacity and have waiting lists: Central, Elk, Flinn, Holz, Overbrook, Pinch, Pt. Harmony, Ruffner, Ruthlawn. The Third Base program will begin August 21, 2023.
Calls are now being made to parents/guardians who have already applied to let them know if their children have been enrolled or will be on a wait list. Applications can still be submitted, but are subject to site availability.

The KCSCEP office and all Summer Camp locations will be closed on Monday, July 3 and Tuesday, July 4, 2023, in observance of Independence Day. Because we will be closed for 2 days, the weekly rate will be adjusted. For a week with 3 days open, the rates will be $80 for 1 child, $140 for 2 children, $200 for 3 children.

The William J. Raglin Center and the KCSCEP office will be closed May 26-June 1, as all Kanawha County Schools offices are closed at that time. Applications for summer camp must be received by May 25 in order to start camp on June 5. Applications received after May 25 will be given a later start date.
Summer Camp confirmation emails have been sent out. If you didn’t see one in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Overbrook Summer Camp is full and has a waiting list.
