2023-2024 Programs

Open enrollment for Third Base for 2023-2024, and open enrollment for Summer Camp 2023 and Summer Academy Third Base 2023 begin April 3, 2023.

Third Base enrollments

Any Third Base enrollments for the 2022-2023 school year that are received after Tuesday, August 16, will not be able to be processed in time for the first week of school. They will be processed as soon as possible, in the order they are received.  Please see the list of sites below that already have a waiting list. Several others are approaching wait list status. When your enrollment is processed you will be contacted either by email or phone to advise you of the enrollment status. Thank you for your patience.

2022-23 Enrollment Status Calls

On Friday, July 22, our office will begin calling families to advise them of their enrollment status for Third Base for the 2022-2023 school year. On the first day of school, the school office will receive a list of the students who have been approved and may attend Third Base. Please be sure to check your voicemail for a message if we were unable to reach you. We should have all calls completed by the end of next week. Thanks!

Phones Now Working

Phone service has been restored at the Raglin Center.

Raglin Center Phone Lines Out

Our office phone lines have been out since Friday, June 24. A work order was placed but we have no estimated time for service to be returned. If you need to reach someone in our office, please email us at kcscep@mail.kana.k12.wv.us.

Raglin Center/KCSCEP Offices Closed 5/24-5/27

The KCSCEP offices and the Raglin Center will be closed Tuesday, May 24, through Friday, May 27. All KCS schools and offices are closed during that time.

May 20 Last Day for Third Base

The last day of Third Base for 2021-2022 will be Friday, May 20, 2022. This week must be prepaid by May 13th in order for a child to attend. Please see your Site Director or call our office for more information.

Tax Time – Account Statements

Parents/guardians who need a 2021 account statement for tax purposes may request a copy from their Third Base Site Director or call our office at 304-766-0378. If your child attended a Summer Camp or Summer Academy program at a site other than your regular Third Base, please call our office to request the summer statement.

Third Base Enrollment

Please note that it could take several days to process a Third Base enrollment form due to the overwhelming number of enrollments we have received. You will be notified when your enrollment has been processed. At that time, we will let you know when your child or children can start, or if they will be on a waitlist.  We currently have waitlists at Alban, Central, Ruthlawn, Holz, Montrose, Pinch, Pt Harmony, Weberwood, and Overbrook, and several sites are nearing their enrollment capacity. We are working to hire additional staff to eliminate these waitlists, and we appreciate your patience. If you have questions, please call us at 304-766-0378. Thank you.
